Mr. Ibrahim Kharman holds the position of Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer within the Palestinian Telecommunication Company- Jawwal, the leading Telecom operator in Palestine. His role is paramount in driving PalTel Group's course of advancement, expansion, and success. Kharman orchestrates an array of strategic initiatives, all geared toward amplifying progress and fostering innovation. Notably, Mr. Kharman has played a vital role in the strategic development journey of Paltel's services, leading to the launch and operation of Giga Fiber service, a home fiber-optic service that revolutionized the concept of internet connectivity in Palestine.

With a career spanning over 25 years across both local and international companies, Kharman boasts a strong history of success in the fields of telecommunications and information technology. In 2007 he held the position of Project Management Director at the Paltel group, overseeing numerous strategic projects. By 2010, he took on the role of Marketing Director at PalTel, the land-line company of the Group. In 2022, he was entrusted by the Board of Directors to step into the role of Acting General Manager of Paltel. Before becoming a part of the Group and since 1998, Kharman's career trajectory has involved holding senior managerial roles within various national and international organizations, notably including the regional holding company VTEL, Siemens Information and Communication Technology, and the Palestinian Trade Center (PALTRADE).

Kharman's academic credentials encompass a Master's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University. He also holds the position of the President of the Palestinian Federation for Electronic and Intellectual Sports.
