Deputy Chief Executive Officer

 

 

Mr. Ibrahim Kharman is the Deputy CEO of the Palestine Telecommunications Group (Paltel) and the Chief Commercial Officer of Paltel Group, leading the Palestinian communications and information technology sector.

 

 

Previously, Mr. Kharman led the Palestine Telecommunications Company after a long experience in the industry, holding several positions in Paltel, including Marketing Director, where he led the commercial team in significant achievements, including the launch of FTTH Services "Paltel Giga Fiber," which is an internet service via home fiber optic technology, which provides the Palestinian home with speeds of up to 1000 MB.

 

 

Kharman spent over twinty four years working in the communications and information technology sector with several local and international companies. As a projects manager at Vettel Holding Company and Head of the Software Team at Siemens Information and Communication Technology Company.

 

 

Kharman holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University, a Certified Project Manager (PMP), and many other certifications.

 

 

He is also the Vice President of the Palestinian Federation for E-Sports, established in 2020.
