Paltel is looking to hire a skilled Service Desk officer at Hebron office.
The duties and requirements as follow: -
Duties: -
- Replies to queries by chat, email, or phone.
- Provide technical assistance for issues and problems.
- Ensuring the right use of applications, networks and equipment.
- Solving problems with networks and other computer systems. Diagnosis of system errors and other problems.
- Follow up with employees to ensure a full solution to the problems.
- Reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
- Installing or modifying software to fix problems.
- Remotely access to hardware or software for employees to make changes and fix problems.
- Repairing hardware problems includes the replacement of equipment and peripherals such as computers, terminals and routers.
- Keep IT documentation, including the details of the network and users.
Requirements: -
- Proven experience as a support technician or other role in customer support.
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products.
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Great communication skills.
- BSc in IT, Computer Science or relevant fields.
- Nice to have A+, Network + certification or Microsoft MCSE.
