Gaza. Palestine Telecommunication Company in cooperation with General Center for Training and Consultations concluded a training course on “distinguished behavioral management techniques”. The four day training was managed by Dr. George Fahmi who handled a number of topics related to administrative success in the work place like team building techniques, planning process and turning strategies into action plans to meet the general goal of the Company.

Mr. Ahmad Abu Marzouq, Head of Gaza area, asserted the importance of conducting such training for managerial practice is reminiscent of behavioral job skill training. Marzouq mentioned that this training is a step in a series of steps that Paltel assumes to upgrade the managerial skills of their staff.
