Nablus, Palestine Telecommunication Company finished a training course on Report Writing. The training aim is to provide practical education and training packages to organizing information in forms of reports before publishing them. The adequate report will be highly effective and includes photos, attachments and explanatory notes. The training also focused on developing staff communications skills techniques.

Iyad Dweikat, Director of Training at Paltel, stated that such training is important to upgrade staff capacities and polish their skills to better participate in developing Paltel strategy.
