Nablus, Dr. Abdul Malik Jaber, Paltel CEO, Dr. Bassam Walweel, Director for Public and Investors Relations, handed over ten PCs devices to Yasser Arafat Cultural Center during the inauguration ceremony that took place at Kufl Hares Municipality. In attendance were Legislative Council Member Ahmed Al Deek, Mayor of Kufl Hares, Ahmed Bozieh in addition to other government officials, community prominent figures and town residents. Participants expressed their happiness to receive Palestine Telecommunication Company staff.

Dr. Jaber inaugurated the center by cutting the ribbon and providing PCs devices to equip the computer library at Yasser Arafat Cultural Center that will serve the whole community in that locality.

Dr. Jaber highlighted Palestine Telecommunication Company social responsibility role toward the Palestinian community. In addition he asserted that Paltel is assuming an active role to support all aspects of the Palestinian life. He discussed the duties and responsibilities of Palestine Telecommunication Company and its relations with the local community. Dr. Jaber hoped that all other companies in the private sector will follow Palestine Telecommunication Company steps in this regard.

Palestine Telecommunication Company allocated approximately US$ 2 million to support its Social Responsibility program that will serve primary sectors in the Palestinian society.
