PALTEL Live with full i-conX Routing Optimisation system
Specialist inter-carrier billing and routing optimisation solutions vendor i-conX solutions has announced that Palestinian national and international incumbent PALTEL is the latest customer to enter live use with its full Routing Optimisation solution.
PALTEL, an i-conX customer since 2009, originally implemented the i-conX interconnect billing solution before upgrading the solution to cover commercial LCR management.
With this latest project, PALTEL has now fully upgraded to the Routing Optimisation solution, which delivers total routing plan optimisation based on a balance of cost, quality and capacity factors.
On behalf of the PALTEL, General Manager Abdul Majeed Melhem stated "With the successful deployment of the i-conX system, PALTEL now gains full control of its international routing to achieve enhanced cost base and margin control."

The i-conX Routing Optimisation solution comes in a special modular form, allowing customers to add successive modules over time, in line with carrier growth and changing business demands.
Separate modules allow the customer to control quality management, switch automation, but with all modules accessed from a single harmonised log-in and set of screens.
