PALTEL’s largest campaign with the best of benefits to subscribers

 

Ramallah – 7 June, 2011- Palestinian Telecommunications Company (PALTEL) launched its new ‘Haik Al Haya’ campaign to promote installing fixed lines and Internet ADSL Access.

 

PALTEL General Manager, Mr. Abdul Majeed Melhem, said, “The launch of the campaign ‘Haik Al Haya; comes in line with the company's strategy to deliver fixed line and ADSL Access services to each and every household, since PALTEL believes that a fixed lines has become an important element in any Palestinian household.”


 
“Internet has become the basic tool of communication between people, a means of education and entertainment. It’s the dominant feature of modern lifestyle, and has become part of our daily life. It’s because of this that PALTEL is launching its ‘Haik Al Haya’ campaign to provide its subscribers with modern tools to cope with such a lifestyle easily and swiftly. The name of the campaign ‘This is the Life’ expresses the content as a campaign aiming at creating a significant change in the kind of services provided to the public,” Mr. Melhem added.

 

When asked about the idea and benefits of the campaign, Mr. Melhem said, “This campaign is one of the largest campaigns ever launched by PALTEL in terms of benefits provided to our subscribers. It actually includes 3 campaigns. A subscriber may install a fixed lines, ADSL Access, or both according to the benefits and features of this campaign which is considered a turning point in PALTEL campaigns. It puts PALTEL on the map of leading fixed-line operators in the region, as the new path toward benefiting greatly from technology. By launching such campaign, PALTEL takes a leading technological leadership in Palestine and continues to provide appropriate solutions for all age groups.”

 

“If a subscriber installs a new fixed lines, he will not have to pay installation fees and can choose any speed starting from 512 kbps for 3 months for free, not to mention that he will be given a free wireless phone, free unlimited local calls during the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr, as well as free subscription to the ‘Baiti Khalawi’ campaign for 3 months, and a free package of additional services for 3 months. If a subscriber installs an ADSL Access line, he will not have to pay installation fees, and can choose any speed starting from 512 kbps for 3 months for free, in addition to free unlimited local calls during the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr. If he subscribes to a new fixed lines and ADSL Access, he will get all the benefits mentioned above,” Mr. Melhem concluded.

 

Subscription fees are 45 NIS including VAT, paid once upon submission of a subscription request.
