Palestine Telecommunication Company has launched its totally renewed website: www.paltel.ps. The new version of the website is more user-friendly and has new features and information. The new domain location is easy to follow one where one can access needed information quickly.

This is a great step to realize Palestine Telecommunication Company’s endeavor to improve its electronic services along with customers’ services. Mr. Mosab Khorma, Paltel General Manger said: “Renewing and updating the website is one in a series of steps to improve services provided by Palestine Telecommunication Company. The new electronic website is an important communication tool with our customers. The website is also considered as informative tool to update our customers about recent services and receive their complaints if any”.

Khorma added: “this step serves as a step in our plan to connect with customers, citizens and shareholders through diverse communication mechanisms to get to receive their notes, demands, complaints and objections and try to solve them”.

Mr. Ghassan Anabtawi, Marketing and Sales Director of Paltel said: “we updated the website content and design as per the Design Document prepared by an expert team and based on detailed scientific process. The new design allows to access information on the web in an easy and convenient manner”.

Mr. Anabtawi asserted that the website includes new features such as the service centers and services icons. Potentially, the site will serve as an electronic sales person in the future. In addition, an OSS page is added to fill out an electronic employment form. The site is also provided with phone directory service to allow users to access Palestine Telecommunication Company subscribers’ phone numbers.

Palestine Telecommunication Company declared last year that it intends to create a Public Data Network with a highly developed infrastructure in Palestine to improve services in the information technology.
