25-7-2007, Nablus/ Paltel at its general management headquarters in Nablus rewarded – during a ceremony included a number of managers and employees – its winner employees in Spark and Paltel Star Programs which the company launched to motivate and encourage the employees towards creative thinking which serves the companies interests and its various activities.
The ceremony was opened by Paltel General Manager Engineer Mohannad Al-Haigawi who welcomed the attendance. He talked about the importance of the two programs saying: Paltel was concerned to adopt Paltel Star program through which it rewards a distinctive employee monthly for his/her creativity in work and creating a new system added to the applied ones at the company which contributes to increase productivity and decrease efforts and distinction in providing the various services to the public. Al-Haijawi added: Spark Program also came to support Paltel Star program through awarding the creative thoughts the employees contribute to which can increase the company’s profits. Al-Haijawi also praised the two programs related committees for the efforts they pay to reward the creative employee at the company.
Al-Haijawi clarified: the management incorporated the two programs in one program SparkTec which will be allocated to reward the creative employee at the company.
Mr. Sulaiman Abu Hejleh, Manager of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources Department talked about the stages of the programs and the employees’ performance development. He praised the employees’ efforts who work for the company’s interest which by the end benefits its employees and customers.
By the end the accomplishment of the engineer employee Abd Ar-Rahim Saleh –Technical Department- was presented. He created a new system as the first of its kind at the level of the region. It is a system enables the customer of switching any of the electric devices at home or office on or off by remote control through connecting the fixed line to a device which can be controlled through a certain code.
