The General Manager, Mr. Ahmad Aweidah, met with the Commercial Department employees at the Grand Park Hotel in Ramallah. The meeting comes as part of Paltel’s policy of discussing the action plans of the New Year. Heads, directors and members of the Commercial Department from the different areas including Gaza met using the video conferencing system to link the Ramallah attendees to the Gazans. The employees discussed the action plan of the retail sales department, the customer services department and the marketing department. They also discussed the action plan of the corporate sales department.
Aweidah spoke during the meeting about the company’s new policies clarifying that Paltel’s interest lays in improving its services and sales and the focus of the Commercial Department is stemmed from its belief in the vital role of promoting the company’s position. Aweidah stressed on the importance of placing the subscriber in the first place. Paltel is concerned about its customer services in the best way and in a competitive price.
At the end of the meeting, the attendants were invited for lunch and the marketing department distributed the presents to the employees on the occasion on AlAdha Feast. The presents were wallets branded with Paltel logo to honor the employees and express deep gratitude for their efforts.
