Gaza, Palestine Telecommunication Company arranged an open day in Gaza with the participation of 70 directors, managers and heads of sections from all branches of Palestine Telecommunication Company Ltd (PALTEL) in the West Bank and Gaza. The main purpose of the open day is to motivate team planning techniques and to encourage the employees to get involved in the decision making process and the future planning methodology. In addition, Palestine Telecommunication Company Ltd (PALTEL Group) found that the open day is a great opportunity to enhance the cooperation among the participants in order to reach to a satisfactory work plan adopted and approved by all.

Mr. Mohannad Heajawi, Chief Administration Officer, opened the discussion by noting the importance of this kind of meetings that allow the participants to take part in presenting and discussing new ideas through the brain storming sessions. Mr. Heajawi stressed the importance of coming up with new ideas that are considered the core of a future project or a plan.

On the other hand; Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Ghassan Anabtawi gave a brief presentation that covered the main aspects covered by the open day. Team work and creative thinking enriched the open day with many new ideas that would serve both the company and the subscribers in addition to attracting new subscribers and keep the old subscribers.

It is worth mentioning that this meeting is the second meeting that Palestine Telecommunication Company held this year. The first meeting was held in Jericho with the attendance of Palestine Telecommunication Company employees from the West Bank and Gaza and it lead to valuable results that helped to raise the level performance and enrich the work style at Paltel.
