• Issues to consider:

• The  Gigabytes bundle is valid until the specified duration (30 days), and must be renewed monthly to continue using the internet
• Daily bundles are valid for 24 hours starting from subscription time and renewed upon usage. Weekly and monthly bundles are valid on weekly basis or for 30 days and automatically renewed starting from the time of subscription
• If roaming bundle provided within 3G bundle is used, activate national roaming bundles by dialing *370#
• Data roaming services on Jawwal Network are activated while you are in Jerusalem and Israel
• If roaming bundle used by 3G exceeds limit, dial *370# to activate the national roaming bundle
• Customers can subscribe to more than one monthly bundle, but only the most recent subscription will be renewed after expiration
• If the subscription is cancelled, bundle is used or the duration expires, then browsing rate will be 0.30 ILS (excluding VAT) per 1 MB
• Browsing speed less than bundle capacity , requires the 3G sign to remain displayed
• Enjoy 3G speed once activating or renewing the bundle, or when subscribing to any of the bundles
• Use ”MyAccount” App for remaining balance inquiry
• Discount priorities is provided accordingly: weekly, monthly then daily bundles
• If you currently are subscribed to a weekly bundle and then subscribe to a monthly bundle, then the weekly bundle will be cancelled
• Renewable and non-renewable bundles can be activated at the same time or vice versa 
• If you currently are subscribed to a renewable bundle and then activate a non-renewable bundle, the renewable bundle will not be cancelled unless requested by dialing *999# or via “MyAccount” App
• If you currently are subscribed to a renewable bundle and activate a non-renewable bundle or vice versa, then discount priority will be applied to the bundle with earlier validity If currently subscribed to a weekly renewable bundle and then subscribe to a non-renewable monthly bundle, the weekly bundle will not be cancelled
• If you migrate from one plan to another (Prepaid, MIX, postpaid), the current bundle will not be utilized
• If you migrate from an in-offer plan to a non-offer plan, the bundle will not be utilized
• You can renew the monthly bundle if it is used prior to renewal date 
• Prices are in Shekel and VAT included
• JAWWAL may, after notifying subscribers, make amendments to services, prices, subscription plans, and its tariff as well as the terms and conditions of these services and plans
