Issues to consider:

 

• The Gigabytes bundle is valid until the specified duration (monthly) and must be renewed monthly to continue using the internet.
• Current subscribers will no longer benefit from the bundle when activating another bundle of less value
•  Daily bundles are valid for 24 hours starting from subscription time and renewed upon usage. Weekly and monthly bundles are valid on weekly basis or for 30 days and automatically renewed starting from the time of subscription
• Data roaming services, on Jawwal Network are activated while you are in Jerusalem and Israel
• If roaming bundle used by 3G exceeds limit, dial *370# to activate the national roaming bundles
• Customers can subscribe to more than one monthly bundle, but only the most recent subscription will be renewed after expiration
• If subscription is cancelled, the bundle is used or duration expires, then browsing rate will be 0.30 ILS per 1.5 MB
• Browsing speed less than bundle capacity , requires the 3G sign to remain displayed  
• Enjoy 3G speed once you activate or renew the bundle
• Use “MyAccount” App for remaining balance inquiry
• Cancelling bundles is done by dialing *999#
• Discount Priority is provided accordingly: weekly, monthly then daily bundles
• If you currently are subscribed to a weekly bundle and then subscribe to a monthly bundle, then the weekly bundle will be cancelled
• Renewable and non-renewable bundles can be activated at the same time or vice versa 
• If you are currently subscribed to a renewable bundle and activate a non-renewable bundle, the renewable bundle will not be cancelled unless requested by dialing *999# or via “MyAccount” App
• If you are currently subscribed to a renewable bundle and activate a non-renewable bundle or vice versa, then the discount priority will be applied to the bundle with the earlier validity
• If you are currently subscribed to a weekly renewable bundle and then subscribe to a non-renewable monthly bundle, the weekly renewable bundle will not be cancelled
• If you migrate from one plan to another (Prepaid, MIX, Postpaid), the bundle will not be utilized
• If you migrate from one in-offer plan to a non-offer plan, the bundle will not be utilized
• You can renew the monthly bundle if it is used prior to renewal date 
• Prices are in Shekel and VAT included
