Palestine Telecommunications Company / Jawwal Announces Its Financial Results of 2025

Ramallah, Feb 11, 2026

Palestine Telecommunications Company/Jawwal has announced its preliminary (unaudited) consolidated financial results for 2025. The Company reported total revenues of 285.6 million Jordanian dinars in 2025, compared to 241.1 million Jordanian dinars in 2024, representing a growth rate of 18.4%. This performance was reflected in net profit, which reached 52.2 million Jordanian dinars in 2025, compared to 41.9 million Jordanian dinars in 2024, marking an increase of 24.6%.

The Company’s results recorded notable growth despite the challenging political and economic climate in Palestine, particularly in Gaza Strip where the aggression on the Gaza Strip continued until the beginning of the final quarter of the year.

Chairman of the Board, Sabih Masri stated: “Year after year, our Company continues to grow and maintain its leadership in the telecommunications and information technology sector. We consistently consider our customers’ experience our top priority and reaffirm our commitment to further strategic investments aimed at building a resilient and adaptive national digital economy capable of withstanding the most challenging circumstances.”

He also expressed his pride in the Company’s teams, who continued to operate under extraordinary circumstances to keep Gaza connected throughout the aggression. Following the ceasefire in January 2025, Jawwal’s teams intensified their efforts to restore and enhance network performance, ensuring the network could continue to serve as a critical lifeline and a source of connection and hope for the people of the Gaza Strip.

These efforts were internationally recognized when Jawwal was awarded the title of World’s Best Telecommunications Company in Crisis Response for 2025, reflecting the professionalism, resilience, and technical excellence of its engineers and staff, and their ability to innovate and deliver under the most challenging conditions.

In this context, CEO AbdulMajeed Melhem praised the dedicated efforts of the Company’s teams throughout the year in delivering these positive results, emphasizing that such performance would not have been possible without the continued trust of the Company’s customers in its services.

He noted that the home fiber subscriber base grew by 20%, while services provided to the enterprise sector achieved strong growth of 17%, positioning them as key contributors to the Company’s overall performance across its various segments.

He further highlighted the successful relaunch of roaming services in Egypt after several years of suspension, in addition to the 48% expansion in the Reflect user base, and reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to advancing its digital transformation journey, as customer reliance on the Company’s digital channels increased by 60%, significantly enhancing customer experience and enabling seamless access to its full portfolio of services.

It is worth noting that Palestine Telecommunications Company / Jawwal was established in 1995 as a public shareholding company and has since connected Palestine to one of the largest and most advanced networks across mobile and fixed telecommunications, internet services, and IT solutions. Through its sustained growth, the Company continues to enhance Palestine’s position as one of the most influential countries in the technology sector in the region.
